What to expect
Moroccan cuisine is a Mediterranean cuisine characterized by its variety of dishes from Berber cuisine, with Arab, Jewish and Andalusian influences.
I will take you on a journey, during your cooking class, through the culinary history of Essaouira, that of spices and the different specificities of each recipe. I suggest to you thus:
- to discover the ingredients and Moroccan spices of the dish you have chosen:
- to prepare either a vegetarian tagine or a fish tagine, or a chicken tagine, or a couscous, or a chicken pastilla, or a Berber tagine, with a salad or a dessert,
- to taste the dishes prepared in a typically Moroccan atmosphere,
- prepare mint tea together to end the cooking class.
